Statement of Responsibility

MTS Travel Management Group and/or Bryan Tours and/or their tour leaders, in accepting bookings for a tour, are not liable for the faults or defaults of other companies and/or persons who may be used to carry out the tour services. Neither are they liable for accidents; baggage losses; strikes; political unrest; riots; acts of God and war; nor for unsigned and/or invalid passports or failure by the passenger and/or governing Consulate office to provide or present valid documentation to enter a foreign country.

In the event it becomes necessary or advisable to alter the itinerary or arrangements for the comfort or well-being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operator. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers.

The right is also reserved to withdraw any or all tours; also to decline to accept or retain any persons as members of the tour. No refund can be made for absence from the tour unless arrangements are made at the time of booking. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the passenger and/or purchaser of these tours. Services of any IATA or ARC carrier may be used. The tour price is based on tariffs and/or international monetary exchange rates listed at the time of public release and is subject to change.
