Tour Features and Conditions

Please read all Tour Features and Conditions carefully. Payment of tour deposit constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Tour inclusions: The tour price includes:
  • Hotel shuttle to your hotel upon arrival at the Orlando International Airport
  • A welcome reception/dinner, Pre-Session and tour of WordSpring at the Wycliffe Mobilization Center on Friday evening, Aug. 18; transportation to and from the center
  • One night hotel accommodation near the Mobilization Center the night of Aug. 18
  • Pre-Session and light refreshments at the Mobilization Center on Sat. morning, Aug. 19; transportation from the hotel to the center
  • Transportation to Tampa for the cruise departure, including a box lunch
  • The 5 day cruise on Carnival’s Inspiration; includes all meals
  • Graduate level course with three quarter hours credit (includes the pre-session and class time on the cruise)
  • Free time (no classes) while at port at Grand Cayman and Cozumel
  • Transportation from the cruise back to Orlando International Airport, Tampa International Airport or Wycliffe Mobilization Center

    Accommodations: Package prices vary based on category of cabin selected for the cruise. Accommodations include Triple/Quads, Doubles, and Singles. Every attempt will be made to match you with a room-mate if you desire. If a passenger cannot supply a roommate and MTS is unable to do so, the passenger will be responsible for the additional charge.

    Tips and Taxes: Gratuities and taxes for the cruise are included. Port charges are included. Taxes on hotel accommodations are included. Taxes and tips for drivers for ground transfers are included.

    Not Included: Passport fee, travel protection insurance, transportation from your home to the Orlando area and from the Orlando or Tampa area back to your home, shore excursions, and expenses of a purely personal nature are not included. Fuel surcharges and government taxes and fees are subject to change without notice, and would need to be passed along to each traveler.

    Deposit and Payment: Reservations may be secured upon payment of a deposit of $175 per person. Final payment is due June 02, 2006.

    Cancellation Conditions: Refund of full deposit (less a $50.00 administrative fee) will be made up to April 12. If cancellation occurs between April 12 and June 02, a $300.00 fee will be charged. From June 02 to departure, there will be no refund. No refunds will be able to be made in the event of “no shows” or interruption or cancellation after the start of the trip. The cost of pre-purchased insurance is not refundable at any point.

  • Protect Your Investment: Upon receipt of your deposit, MTS Travel will send you information on purchasing travel protection. If you purchase the protection plan within 21 days of the date of your confirmation, any restriction on pre-existing conditions is waived. If protection plan is purchased after the 21 days, all coverage is subject to exclusion of pre-existing conditions. After purchasing travel protection, you will receive a detailed description of the protection plan, which you will have ten days to review. Certain conditions, exclusions and limitations apply as set out in the Evidence of Coverage and Confirmation of Coverage. Following is a brief description of travel protection coverage:
  • This is primary emergency coverage.
  • This protection plan will cover you for cancellation fees if you need to cancel because of death, injury or illness to you, your traveling companion or your immediate family member.
  • Trip Interruption or Delay
  • Medical Evacuation
  • Medical Expenses
  • Lost, stolen or damaged baggage

    Proof of Citizenship is required. Proof of citizenship is required by one of the following for US citizens (and must be taken on the cruise with you): a passport (valid or expired for less than 10 years), original or certified copy of state, county or vital statistic issued birth certificate AND a picture ID, or original naturalization papers. Non US citizens, please check with us for proper requirements. Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise. It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to bring and have available at all times all required travel documents. Any traveler without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of the cruise will be issued. Shore excursions: Optional shore excursions are available for purchase aboard the ship.

    The itinerary as outlined is an indication of sequence and sites to be included in the tour program. However, the cruiseline reserves the right to alter or change the itinerary and/or the sites included should it be deemed necessary due to local conditions, time restrictions, or other circumstances.

    Clothing: Casual attire is in order during the day. For one or two nights, a dark suit or formal attire is suggested. The dress code for other evenings ranges from sport coat and tie to casual resort wear. Shorts and T-shirts are not permitted in the dining room during dinner but are acceptable in the seaview bistro.
