Please read all Tour Features and Conditions carefully.
Payment of tour deposit constitutes acceptance of these
conditions.
Air Transportation: Air transportation is restricted to
the services of British Airways or any other IATAN carrier, in
economy class based on nonrefundable fare. Reservations
and ticketing must be made not later than 30 days prior to
departure, after which it is nonrefundable if canceled for any
reason. Airline taxes and fuel surcharges of $250 are
included in the tour price and are subject to change. Tour
participants are responsible for any increase in airline taxes
or fuel surcharges imposed by the airline.
Accommodations: Based on two persons sharing a
room in three- and four-star hotels, with private facilities,
including service charges and taxes. Single rooms are
subject to availability at an additional charge of $425. If a
passenger cannot supply a roommate and MTS is unable to
do so, the passenger is responsible for the additional
charge.
Meals: In-flight meals and snacks are served according
to airline policy. Breakfast and Dinner are provided daily.
Opportunity will be given for lunches to be secured by tour
members, at their own expense. Beverages with lunches
and dinners are not included.
Transfers and Baggage: Transfers between airport and
hotel upon arrival and departure are included in the tour
price. Each tour participant is asked to limit his or her
checked luggage to one medium-sized suitcase per person,
not exceeding 62 dimensional inches (length plus width plus
height). In addition, a flight bag or overnight case may be
taken, which should be handled by the passenger at all
times.
Sightseeing and Entrance Fees: As indicated in
itinerary, using private motorcoach or other conveyance, with
local guides. Entrance fees are included to sites visited.
Tips and Taxes: Airline taxes, taxes on accommodations
and services and tips to guides, drivers, and hotel
porters are included. Tips for hotel staff and personal
services are not included and are at tour member’s own
expense.
Not Included: Passport fee, travel protection insurance,
lunches, beverages with lunches and dinners and expenses
of a purely personal nature are not included. Transportation
from your home to Newark International Airport and vice
versa is not included. MTS TRAVEL would be pleased to
assist you with connecting flights between your home and
Newark Airport.
Deposit and Payment: Reservations may be secured
upon payment of a deposit of $300 per person. you will be
invoiced for final payment, which is due July 17, 2006.

MTS Cancellation Conditions: Refund of full deposit
(less $50 administrative fee) will be made up to May 18,
2006. If cancellation occurs between May 18 and June 9,
2006, the fee is $300. From June 9, 2006 to departure, the
fee is $300 plus unrecoverable airline, hotel and land
arrangements. There is no refund for unused tour services.
Protect Your Investment: Upon receipt of your deposit,
MTS Travel will send you information on purchasing travel
protection, along with a tour confirmation. If you purchase
the protection plan within 21 days of the date of your
confirmation, any restriction on pre-existing conditions
is waived. If protection plan is purchased after the 21 days,
all coverage is subject to exclusion of pre-existing conditions.
After purchasing travel protection, you will receive a
detailed description of the protection plan, which you will
have ten days to review. Certain conditions, exclusions and
limitations apply as set out in the Evidence of Coverage and
Confirmation of Coverage. Following is a brief description of
travel protection coverage:
This is primary emergency coverage.
This protection plan will cover you for cancellation fees if
you need to cancel because of death, injury or illness to
you, your traveling companion or your immediate family
member.

Lost, stolen or damaged baggage
A valid passport is required. If you do not have a
passport, you should apply for one immediately. If you now
have a passport, please verify that it is valid until March 24,
2007. A visa is required for Ghana, which is included in the
tour price for U.S. and Canadian citizens. MTS TRAVEL will
provide tour members with visa forms and will obtain all
visas, provided that completed visa forms and passports are
received in our office by July 17, 2006.
The itinerary as outlined is an indication of sequence
and sites to be included in the tour program.
However, the tour operator reserves the right to alter or
change the itinerary and/or the sites included should it be
deemed necessary due to local conditions, time restrictions,
or other circumstances.

All rates are based on current information and are
subject to change. Rates are based on a minimum of 23
persons traveling together. Charges may be incurred for
individual deviations or special request apart from the group itinerary.
