Please read all Tour Features and Conditions carefully.
Payment of tour deposit constitutes acceptance of these
conditions.
Transportation: Round-trip air is included.
Dining: Three full meals are served daily at the lodge.
Documents/Licenses: A valid passport is not required.
A non-resident fishing license is required, a 7-day non
resident license is $30. For a King Salmon tag, there is an
additional cost of $60 for the tag.
Excursions: Other excursions may be arranged at the
lodge at traveler’s own expense.
Not Included: Tips to fishing or lodge staff, fishing
license and tags, and any items of a personal nature.
Deposit & Payment: A deposit of $1,400 per person is
required to secure a reservation. Final payment will be due
by March 21, 2008.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations for any
reason, are very unfortunate and very costly. Services
and trip bookings are based on a limited season, and King
Salmon Lodge are normally unable to resell dates that are
canceled, as there is not enough time prior to the trip date
to market the trip and contact potential clients.

A full refund of all payments received will be given with
written cancellation received by January 1, 2008. Cancellations
received between January 2, 2008 and March 21,
2008, will be charged 50% of tour cost per person. Cancellations
received after March 21, 2008, will receive no
refund.
Travel Protection: Protect Your Investment: If you
purchase the protection plan upon enrollment with your deposit,
any restriction on pre-existing conditions is waived. If
protection plan is purchased after the deposit is received,
all coverage is subject to exclusion of pre-existing conditions.
Trip cancellation and interruption protection is made
available to tour members at a cost of $180 per person.
You will receive a detailed description of the protection
plan, which you will have ten days to review. Certain
conditions, exclusions and limitations apply as set out in
the Evidence of Coverage and Confi rmation of Coverage.
Following is a brief description:
This protection plan will offer you for cancellation fees
if you need to cancel because of death, injury or illness
to you, your traveling companion or your immediate
family member.
