Tour Features and Conditions

Please read all Tour Features and Conditions carefully. Payment of tour deposit constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Air Transportation: Air transportation is restricted to the services of Lufthansa Airlines or any other IATAN carrier, in economy class based on nonrefundable fare. Reservations and ticketing must be made not later than 30 days prior to departure, after which it is nonrefundable if canceled for any reason. Tour price includes all current airline taxes, which are subject to change until ticketed. Tour participants are responsible for any increase in airline taxes or fuel surcharges.

Accommodations: Based on two persons sharing a room in three-star accommodations with private facilities, including service charges and taxes. Single rooms are subject to availability at an additional charge of $475. If a passenger cannot supply a roommate and MTS is unable to do so, the passenger is responsible for the additional charge.

Meals: In-flight meals and snacks are served according to airline policy. Breakfast and dinner will be provided daily, as indicated by B=Breakfast and D=Dinner on the itinerary. Opportunity will be given for lunches to be secured by tour members, at their own expense. Beverages with lunches and dinners are not included.

Transfers and Baggage: Transfers between airports and hotels upon arrival and departure are included in the tour price, including tips and handling of one medium-sized suitcase per person not exceeding 62 dimensional inches (length plus width plus height). In addition, a flight bag or overnight case may be taken, which should be handled by the passenger at all times.

Sightseeing and Entrance Fees: As indicated in itinerary, using private motorcoach or other conveyance, with English speaking guide. Entrance fees are included to sites listed in itinerary.

Tips and Taxes: Air taxes and taxes on accommodation and services are included. Tips to guides, drivers are included. Tips for personal services are not included and are at tour member's own expense.

Not Included: Passport fee, Turkish visa ($20), hotel housekeeping tip, travel protection insurance, lunches, beverages with lunches and dinners, and expenses of a purely personal nature are not included. Transportation from your home to International Airport and vice versa is not included.

Deposit and Payment: Reservations may be secured upon payment of a deposit of $300 per person. You will be invoiced for final payment, which is due December 3, 2004.

MTS Cancellation Conditions: Refund of full deposit (less $50 administrative fee) will be made up to September 3, 2004. If cancellation occurs between September 3 and November 3, 2004, the fee is $300. From November 3 to departure, the fee is $300 plus unrecoverable airline and hotel payments. There is no refund for unused tour services.

A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one immediately. If you now have a passport, please verify that it is valid until July 14, 2005. A visa is required for Turkey for U.S. citizens and is currently $20, payable in cash at time of entry into Turkey.

All rates and fares are based on current information and are subject to change. Rates are based on a minimum of 32 persons traveling together. Charges may be incurred for individual deviations or special requests apart from the group itinerary.

The itinerary as outlined is an indication of sequence and sites to be included in the tour program. However, the tour operator reserves the right to alter or change the itinerary and/or the sites included should it be deemed necessary due to local conditions, time restrictions, or other circumstances.
