Please read all Tour Features and Conditions carefully.
Payment of tour deposit constitutes acceptance of these
conditions.
Air Transportation: Air transportation is restricted to the services
of any IATAN carrier, in economy class based on nonrefundable
fare. Reservations and ticketing must be made not later
than 30 days prior to departure, after which it is nonrefundable
if canceled for any reason. Tour participants are responsible for
any increase in airline taxes and fuel surcharges.
Accommodations: Based on two persons sharing a room in
3- & 4-star hotels, including service charges and taxes. Single
rooms are subject to availability at an additional charge of
$325. If a passenger cannot supply a roommate and MTS is
unable to do so, the passenger is responsible for the additional
charge.
Meals: In-flight meals and snacks are served according to airline
policy. Breakfast and dinner will be provided daily. Opportunity
will be given for lunches to be secured by tour members,
at their own expense. Beverages with lunches and dinners are
not included.
Transfers and Baggage: Transfers between airports and
hotels upon arrival and departure includes handling of one medium-
sized suitcase per person not exceeding 62 dimensional
inches (length plus width plus height). In addition, a flight bag
or overnight case may be taken, which should be handled by
the passenger at all times. The land only rate does not include
airport and hotel transfers in Israel.
Sightseeing and Entrance Fees: Are included as indicated in
itinerary, using private motorcoach or other conveyance, with
local guides where necessary.
Tips and Taxes: Tips and taxes to hotel, guide and driver
are included. Present air taxes and fuel surcharges, presently
$530, are included, but are subject to change without notice.
Any change will be reflected on your final invoice.
Not Included: Passport fee, travel protection insurance,
lunches, beverages with lunches and dinners, and expenses of
a purely personal nature are not included. Transportation from
your home to Chicago O’Hare and vice versa is not included.
A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport,
you should apply for one immediately. Information on obtaining
a passport will be provided upon receipt of deposit. If you now
have a passport, please verify that it is valid beyond May 20,
2009. A visa is not required for Israel for U.S. and Canadian
citizens.

Deposit and Payment: Reservations may be secured upon
payment of a deposit of $300 per person. You will be invoiced
for fi nal payment, which is due August 26, 2008.
MTS Cancellation Conditions: Refund of full deposit (less
$100 administrative fee) will be made up to July 25, 2008. If
cancellation occurs between July 26 and August 25, 2008, a
fee of $300 will be charged. From August 26, 2008, to departure,
the fee is $300 plus unrecoverable airline, hotel and tour
operator payments. There is no refund for unused tour services.
Protect Your Investment: If you purchase the group travel
protection plan and your premium is received within 14 days
of the initial trip deposit/payment, “pre-existing conditions” are
waived (provided the traveler is not disabled from travel at time
of purchase). In addition, group travel protection coverage includes
a “Terrorist Act” which occurs in your departure city or in
a city which is a schedule destination for your trip provided the
terrorist act occurs within 30 days of the Scheduled Departure
Date for your trip. Certain conditions, exclusions and limitations
apply as set out in the Insurance Certifi cate/brochure which
you will receive with receipt of your deposit. Following is a brief
description of group travel protection coverage:
This protection plan will cover you for cancellation fees if
you need to cancel because of death, injury or illness to
you, your traveling companion or your immediate family
member

Baggage lost, stolen or damaged
All rates and fares are based on current information and
are subject to change. Rates are based on a minimum of
25 persons traveling together. Charges will be incurred for
individual deviations or special requests apart from the group
itinerary.
The itinerary as outlined is an indication of sequence and
sites to be included in the tour program. However, the tour
operator reserves the right to alter or change the itinerary and/
or the sites included should it be deemed necessary due to local
conditions, time restrictions, or other circumstances.
