carefully. Payment of tour deposit constitutes acceptance
of these conditions. Transportation: Motorcoach transportation from the Ephrata/Lancaster area will be provided. The cost will be determined by the number of cruise/tour participants. This cost will be included with your final billing. Round-trip air transportation is included. Air Transportation: Air transportation is restricted to the services of any IATAN carrier, in economy class based on nonrefundable fare. Reservations and ticketing must be made not later than 76 days prior to departure, after which it is nonrefundable if canceled for any reason. Tour participants are responsible for any increase in airline taxes or fuel surcharges imposed by the airline or cruise company. Accommodations: Based on two persons sharing a cabin listed in itinerary, or similar, with private facilities, including service charges and taxes. Single rooms are subject to availability at an additional charge. If a passenger cannot supply a roommate and MTS is unable to do so, the passenger is responsible for the additional charge. Meals: In-flight meals and snacks are served according to airline policy. Three full meals are served daily on the ship. Transfers and Baggage: Transfers between airports and hotel and pier upon arrival and departure are included in the tour price, including handling of one medium-sized suitcase per person, not exceeding 62 dimensional inches (length plus width plus height). In addition, a flight bag or overnight case may be taken, which should be handled by the passenger at all times. Baggage allowance is subject to change according to airline policy. Shore Excursions: For each port of call shore excursions are available on board the ship at an additional cost. Information will be provided with final cruise documents and on board the ship. Tips and Taxes: Port charges and government taxes are included. Daily service charges on board ship and any additional gratuities are not included. Tips for personal services are not included and are at tour member’s own expense. Not Included: Travel protection insurance, tips to drivers, guides on shore excursions, or to shipboard personnel, daily service charge on board, meals not listed on itinerary, shore excursions, beverages not included with meal services, and expenses of a purely personal nature are not included. |
Deposit and Payment: Reservations may be secured
upon payment of a deposit of $300 per person. You will be
invoiced for final payment, which is due January 12, 2007. Cruise Cancellation Conditions: Refund of full deposit (less $50 administrative fee and $50 air cancelation fee) will be made up to December 1, 2006. If cancellation occurs between December 2, 2006 and January 10, 2007, a fee of $300 will be charged. From January 11, to February 28, 2007, a fee of 50% per person will be charged. Cancellation from March 1, 2007, to departure will be charged 100% of cruise cost, hotel and tour operator payments. (See Air Transportation cancellation policy.) Protect Your Investment: Upon receipt of your deposit, MTS Travel will send you information on purchasing travel protection, along with a tour confirmation. If you purchase the protection plan within 21 days of the date of your confirmation, any restriction on pre-existing conditions is waived. If protection plan is purchased after the 21 days, all coverage is subject to exclusion of pre-existing conditions. After purchasing travel protection, you will receive a detailed description of the protection plan, which you will have ten days to review. Certain conditions, exclusions and limitations apply as set out in the Evidence of Coverage and Confirmation of Coverage. Following is a brief description of travel protection coverage: The itinerary as outlined is an indication of sequence and sites to be included in the tour program. However, the tour operator reserves the right to alter or change the itinerary and/or the sites included should it be deemed necessary due to local conditions, time restrictions, or other circumstances. Ship Information: The price per person is based on two persons sharing accommodations. All rooms are equipped with two lower beds (most may be arranged as a queen-sized bed), toilet, shower, TV, closet, and in-room safe. |
