We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to
share an exciting vacation of a lifetime with us. We are
planning a gospel music cruise to beautiful Alaska from
Friday September 12, 2008 through Friday September 19,
2008.
We will be traveling to many exciting port cities in
Alaska and Vancouver, British Columbia. Come and see
some of the most beautiful handiworks of God.
There will be great gospel music; fantastic food; Sunday
morning church service and all of the amenities that
this gorgeous ship has to offer.

Our schedule is as follows:
SATURDAY: September 13th; a concert by VICTORY
EXPRESS at 8:00 PM.
SUNDAY: September 14th; morning church service at
9:00 AM with VICTORY EXPRESS and Ron CORNELL
preaching.
THURSDAY: September 18th; VICTORY EXPRESS at
10:00 AM.

TOUR PRICE:
$1,390 per person based on two persons sharing
accommodations, port charges and taxes included.
The tour price is based on Category K accommodations,
an inside cabin located on the Main Deck with two beds
on the floor. All rooms have private bathtub, shower and
toilet, television, telephone and multichannel music. Two
lower beds convertible to one queen size bed. Upgraded
accommodations are available, prices listed below. Outside
rooms have at least one window.

IMPORTANT AIRLINE INFORMATION:
Because travelers will arrive in Seattle from various
cities, air transportation costs to Seattle are not
included in the tour price.

please note the following requirements:
- You must arrive at the Seattle Airport by NOON on
September 12 for transfers to the pier and customs
clearance.
- Your returns must be scheduled for after 12 NOON on
September 19 to allow time to clear customs, transfer
to the airport and proceed through security checks.

Friday, September 12 Seattle
Depart this morning for our flight to Seattle, Washington.
Upon arrival we will be met and transferred to our awaiting
luxurious ship, the ms Amsterdam. Sail at 4:00 pm.
Saturday, September 13 At Sea
A full day to enjoy the endless activities of shipboard life.
Sunday, September 14 Juneau
We arrive at 11:00
am. Nestled between
mountains and sea,
Alaska’s capital city
has a rustic charm
that’s a blend of cosmopolitan
and frontier
styles. Explore the
lush Tongass National
Forest. History buffs can browse the Alaska State Museum
which includes a Native clan house, a birch-bark canoe
and more. Gold rush fans can tour the Last Chance Mining
Museum. Visit the shops in town with colorful curio shops
and art galleries. Or get out and kayak, dogsled, whale
watch or fish. There’s no end to the adventure as you take
advantage of the long daylight hours.
Monday, September 15 Scenic cruising Glacier Bay National Park
One of Alaska’s most
dramatic sights. Thousand
glacier ice cliffs
in countless shades of
white, blue, gray and
green rise straight from
the sea. Watch for
calving icebergs into
the sea in a spectacle
of thunder and flying spray. Glacier Bay is the setting for
an unforgettable wildlife search. Also enjoy the National
Park Service ranger who is onboard to interpret the sights
and sounds you are seeing.
Tuesday, September 16 Sitka
Arrive 8:00 am. Once
the capital of Russian
America, fishing boats
color the landscape
in Sitka’s salmon rich
waters. Enjoy the view
from atop Castle Hill
overlooking Crescent
Bay, and see the oniondomed
St. Michael’s Cathedral – a reminder of Sitka’s
czarist past. For centuries before the Russians settled in
Sitka, the area was home to the Tlingit Indians. Take a
stroll through the forest in Sitka National Historical Park,
visit the fascinating Raptor Center, or shop the downtown
district. Enjoy the marine wildlife aboard a dayboat or
kayak, and you’ll pass seal haul-outs and seabird rookeries
filled with nature’s sights and sounds. Sail at 5:00 pm.
Wednesday, September 17 Ketchikan
Arrive at 7:00 am.
Ancestral home
of Alaska’s Tlingit
Indians, this rustic waterfront
village along
the Tongass Narrows
has the world’s largest
collection of totem
poles. You can see
this ancient art form and learn the meaning behind totem
pole imagery at the Saxman Native Village. Other main
attractions are Creek Street, Tongass Historical Museum
and Totem Bight State Park. You may also opt for a floatplane
flightseeing trip to breathtaking Misty Fjords National
Monument. There are numerous shops such as galleries
with native art and souvenir shops with locally canned and
smoked salmon. Sail at 1:00 pm.
Thursday, September 18 Victoria, B.C., Canada
Arrive in Victoria at 6:00 pm. Visit the famous Butchart
Gardens. These gardens are rated among the most beautiful in the world. The Sunken Garden, Japanese and Italian
gardens, English Rose Garden, and the magnificent Rose
Fountain. Sail at midnight.
Friday, September 19 Seattle – Home
We will dock in Seattle at 7:00 am. After breakfast we
will broad our waiting motorcoach that will take us to the
airport for our return home.
Holland America Line ships are known for their large cabins,
cleanliness, attractive decor, comfort, and of course
the good food and service.
Facilities: beauty salon, duty-free boutiques, health spa,
library, medical center, laundry/dry cleaning service, sauna,
whirlpool, 2 outside pools (one with sliding glass roof),
telephones, theater, tour
office, casino, elevators.
Included in all cabins
are radio and TV, safety
deposit box, bathtub and
shower, hair dryers, and
for outside cabins, picture
