"If we can reach their heart, the pocketbook will follow."
says Rev. Barney. "We never discuss money on a tour, but once people have seen our work first hand, they are compelled to give
when they return from Africa. One traveller who claimed she `wasn't interested in missions' was
broken while visiting a polio treatment facility. `That tour changed my life,' she said and she has
contributed $10,000 to AIM every year since. Another early participant was so moved, he contributed
$2 million to the mission over the course of his lifetime."
