The Jacksonville office was opened in August 1988
by Wenda Zimmerman-Nelson. It began
as a branch office of Vincent's Travel, Colorado
Springs, Colorado, and was known as Global Outreach
Travel.
In 1990 Vincent's Travel and Global merged with
MTS TRAVEL,
Inc. Wenda continued as manager until 1996 when she
joined the
MTS TRAVEL Corporate staff as National Sales Manager
specializing in
the Religious/Missionary area of our business. She now
provides sales
opportunities for the 10 offices of MTS TRAVEL.
In 1996, Ellen Butler became manager of this office.
With
her 9 years at MTS TRAVEL and 33 years in the travel
industry, she assists
the 12 highly qualified travel professionals in providing
clients with
over 200 combined years of experience in the Travel
Industry.
This full-service agency offers international and
domestic
missionary travel, corporate travel and expert vacation
planning. Their passion
is serving their clients and building long-term
relationships with them.
