Human Resources Manager announced at MTS TRAVEL

Ephrata, PA, May 2005 -- MTS TRAVEL announced that Kathy Horne will assume the new position of Human Resources Manager at MTS Travel, located in Ephrata, PA. Kathy comes to MTS Travel with 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership positions, most recently as Human Resources Manager at Acorn Press, Inc., Lancaster, PA.

The Human Resources Manager position was created to meet the needs of MTS TRAVEL as it continues to grow in the travel industry. In her position Kathy will provide overall strategic HR leadership to the company and oversee the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services, including employee benefits, compensation program, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and employee events, recruitment, selection, retention, and legal compliance.
