Welcome to the Rotary Cruise 2010 registration site!
In order to complete your registration as quickly as possible,
please fill out 1 form for each cabin.
You will need the following information,
so please have it handy before you begin:
- Full legal name of each person
- Birth date for each person
- Name and phone number of an emergency contact
- Credit card information (encrypted for your security)
There are a limited number of triple and quad occupancy cabins available. If this is your preference, please contact Julia at the email or phone number indicated below to discuss these options PRIOR to registering.
When your completed registration and initial deposit have been received, you will be advised of your cabin assignment and booking number. This will allow you access to your reservation at www.carnival.com/mycruise where you can complete your Carnival FUNPASS registration and reserve shore excursions.
A passport is currently not required for this cruise. HOWEVER, if you must leave the ship and fly back to the US , a passport will be required.
For that reason, we recommend a passport for each person.
