
Jim was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in January of 2005 having served as Chief Operating Officer for MTS TRAVEL since January 2000, prior to joining MTS TRAVEL Jim was Director of Consumer Services Development for Covington International Travel in Richmond, VA. A senior travel industry executive with a thirty-two year career in leisure, corporate and wholesale travel, Jim brings a wealth of direct experience in a broad range of key functions -- from sales, customer relations and operations to technology and systems, product development, and total quality management.
Jim spent four years with the management consulting firm Leeside Partners in Lumberville, PA where he counseled travel firms in a number of critical areas. He has eighteen years of experience in a number of leadership posts with one of the country's major travel service firms, Rosenbluth Travel in Philadelphia. During his tenure, company revenues grew from $20 million to $1.5 billion annually, and the firm expanded to over 2,500 employees in 350 locations nationwide.
He acquired his early experience in the travel profession literally on the ground floor, as an agent for United Airlines at Philadelphia International Airport. Jim is a graduate of LaSalle University with a degree in psychology. He is married to Terry, has six children, and enjoys traveling with his family, music and reading.


As CIO since 1997, Jim provides the vision and leadership for MTS TRAVEL information technology initiatives, and manages the company's technology infrastructure. The IT function maintains the integrity of information flow corporate wide within MTS TRAVEL and with all clients.
Prior to joining MTS TRAVEL in 1996 as Information Services Manager, Jim accumulated fourteen years of experience recommending creative solutions and providing customer service to businesses through the design, installation and support of computer systems.
He was Systems Support Representative for Engle Business Equipment, Inc., Elizabethtown, PA, where he coordinated and implemented all aspects of LAN configuration, installation and troubleshooting. He provided training to users and MIS personnel in network administration as well as the use of applications. His earlier career includes responsibility for all aspects of computer hardware configuration, installation and repair as well as the strategic planning for new technologies.
Jim's professional accreditations include a Novell CNE and an A+ Technician ranking from the Computing Technology Industry Association. He is married to Glenda Evans, a former MTS TRAVEL colleague with 16 years of service to the company; they have three children. He enjoys family time, photography, outdoor sports and music.


Vickie joined MTS TRAVEL in 1993 as Accounting Manager and in 1996 was appointed CFO, where she is responsible for corporate-wide accounting functions including the annual audit, budgets, finance and cash management. In addition, she overseas the financial component of acquisitions, regulatory compliance, insurance, employee benefits and special projects.
With the growth of MTS TRAVEL during her tenure, Vickie has facilitated the acquisition of three companies including due diligence prior to the acquisitions, and implementation of systems thereafter. She has been the team leader for implementation of MTS TRAVEL' new automated accounting system software, which has brought state-of-the-art standards to financial systems across the company.
Prior to MTS TRAVEL, Vickie served as Divisional Vice President, Controller and Systems Coordinator for the Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., a regional department store chain headquartered in York, PA. She directed general accounting, statistical analysis, SEC reporting and external auditing corporate-wide. She was Treasurer and CFO of the department store, Watt & Shand, in Lancaster for four years until it was acquired by Bon-Ton. Her early career includes financial posts with Woodstream Corp. and Quinlan Pretzel Company, in Pennsylvania.
Vickie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, majoring in Management with a concentration in Accounting.


Having joined MTS TRAVEL from the company's acquisition of the Colorado Springs office in 1989, Linda
has held a number of key corporate-wide posts. Linda was appointed Vice President Operations in January of 2005,
having recently served MTS TRAVEL in the area of Special
Projects -- Operations where Linda oversaw company wide implementation of systems, their
attendant training, and special projects.
Linda had previously served as Vice President, Operations from 1996 to 2000-- overseeing MTS TRAVEL offices nationwide
in the areas of personnel, procedures, policies, training, the implementation of systems and the
accountability of Travel Service Center managers. From 1993-96 she was Regional Vice President
responsible for operations and sales in the Colorado, California, Florida and Washington service
centers, following management of the Colorado and Florida offices.
Linda was Principal of the Colorado Springs firm, Vincents Travel, which was acquired by MTS TRAVEL
along with their branch office in Jacksonville, FL. Among her many professional accomplishments,
Linda's firm was one of the first in Colorado to convert to fully automated systems for a
state-of-the-art approach to customer service. Her early career includes a partnership with the
Colorado Springs College of Business, serving in student administration.
Linda received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State College
in San Bernardino. She enjoys the outdoors, fitness and wellness, reading, painting, and music.
