Kathy Veit is Director of Sales and Account Management for MTS TRAVEL. She has over 30 years
experience in the travel industry with over 20 years in senior leadership roles including
Operations, Client Services, Sales and Organizational Development.
She had a 25 year career with Rosenbluth International, a recognized leader in service in
corporate travel. She served as Vice President of Operations, from 1985 – 1991, with
responsibility for all locations nationwide. During her tenure, the company grew from 12
to over 200 locations and was named “Service Company of the Year” by Tom Peters.
She implemented a successful re-engineering project of their reservations process which
resulted in increases in quality and productivity. From 1991 – 1994, Kathy served as
Vice President of Quality and Organizational Development, which included responsibility
for their Total Quality Management initiative, Training and Human Resources. During this
time, the company was named one of the “Top Ten Companies to Work for in America”. Having
a passion to develop leaders to understand the impact corporate culture has on service,
she did extensive public speaking engagements during this time as well. From 1994 – 2000,
Kathy served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Organizational Development,
where she had responsibility for 4,000 people and all locations world-wide. With continued
aggressive growth, the operation grew to 400 locations in 27 countries, serving many Fortune

presence.
After Rosenbluth, one of her consulting roles led to a position with McGettigan Partners, a
group travel agency in Philadelphia, as their Vice President of Client Services and Quality
Improvement Officer.
In 2002, Kathy left the travel industry to go into full time Christian service. After serving
in two ministries, she joined MTS TRAVEL in January 2005, to establish a presence in Orlando
